What’s the job?
- Develop and execute an engineering strategy aligned with Kixie’s business objectives, ensuring scalability, innovation, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and Support teams to oversee the delivery of scalable and reliable customer centric software solutions
- As the Engineering representative, partner with the executive team to develop long-term engineering goals, operational budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Establish and track engineering KPIs to measure performance, operational reliability, and the speed and stability of software development, using insights to drive continuous improvement
- Drive technical vision and direction, ensuring Kixie remains at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends
- Drive the incorporation of AI technologies and strategies to optimally benefit our customers
