What’s the job?

We're looking for our next US-based full-stack (React, NextJS), AI-focused founding engineers. You must have a strong product focus, design sense, and excellent communication skills. As our founding engineer (AI), you must thrive building across the stack, but also have deep technical experience with LLM architecture & general AI/ML techniques. You'll scope, architect, and build many of our groundbreaking AI features for sales teams, while supporting customers directly. You'll help lay the groundwork for our LLM infrastructure & scale the system as we create a new category in GTM tooling.

Our founding team consists of product leaders & principal engineers who launched Facebook Shops, Slack Huddles & Modern Treasury Reconciliation.

Preferred: senior IC experience and impressive product track record (either at a former company or self-guided projects).

Am I Qualified?

• Required
  • 3+ years of experience working fullstack
  • Expert in building complex frontend & backend systems (React, NextJS, background jobs, DB architecture, etc).
  • Able to take undefined product thinking & independently scope + execute large features optimizing for speed with attention to scale.
  • Experience building complex LLM applications with proven track record of creating & optimizing RAG pipelines (chunking, embedding, reranking, summarization).
  • Based in the Bay Area, excited to connect with the team in-person once every 1-2 months.
  • Experience as a founder, or on a founding team at a VC-backed startup.
  • CS degree from a top-tier university.
• Even better if…
  • Has built something awesome on the side (send us the most impressive piece of software they've built!)
  • Have experienced at least 1 sales call (sat in or ran one).
  • Previously worked in the GTM tooling space (sales, customer success, etc) or have familiarity with similar tools.
  • Native English communication skills in speaking & writing
